Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire deposit. These products are not suitable for everyone. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Nature of leveraged trading

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small adverse market movement can produce losses that exceed your initial margin, trigger automatic liquidation of your positions, or — where negative balance protection does not apply — leave you owing money. The majority of retail CFD accounts lose money.

2. Our ratings are informational only

TrustScores, rankings, reviews, and all other Brokers Lens content are informational. They are not financial advice, not a recommendation to trade, and not an inducement to open an account with any broker — including highly rated ones. A high score measures verifiable conduct signals; it does not guarantee future behaviour or your trading results.

3. We are not a regulator

Brokers Lens is an independent research platform. We hold no supervisory authority, cannot license or sanction brokers, and our mediation service is voluntary for all parties. Regulatory complaints should also be filed with the competent authority for your broker's entity.

4. Data can become outdated

We refresh license data daily and label the check time on each profile, but licenses are granted, suspended, and surrendered continuously, and brokers change terms without notice. Always verify critical details — license status, entity name, protections — against the regulator's official register before making any decision.

5. User content reflects individual experiences

Reviews and complaint reports are the accounts of individual traders, verified for authenticity where possible but not independently adjudicated unless a mediation case concludes. One trader's experience may not predict yours.

6. Jurisdiction

Products described on this platform may not be available or lawful in your country. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you live. See also our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
