By accessing Brokers Lens you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Warning. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Permitted use

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape or bulk-download our data, republish TrustScores commercially without a license, misrepresent our ratings, attempt to manipulate scores or reviews, or interfere with the platform's operation.

3. User-submitted reviews and complaints

Submissions must be truthful, first-hand, and evidence-based. Accusations of specific misconduct require supporting documents (statements, tickets, correspondence). Prohibited: fabricated experiences, defamation, submissions on behalf of competitors, undisclosed broker-affiliated posting, and personal data of third parties. We may verify, edit for privacy, decline, or remove submissions, and we may share complaint materials with the named broker and relevant regulators as part of mediation.

4. Intellectual property

The Brokers Lens name, emblem, TrustScore methodology, and platform content are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and quote it in connection with the platform's purpose.

5. Disclaimers of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any broker will behave consistently with its score. Content is informational only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokers Lens is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content — including decisions to open, keep, or close accounts with any broker.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law
